WE ARE HERA
Since 2010, the HERA (“Her Economic Rights and Autonomy”) France Association and HERA USA have provided over 626 grants to women entrepreneurs in Eastern Europe. Through 2025, the HERA entrepreneurs had generated 1002 new jobs for young women. Our aim is to prevent dangerous migration and trafficking.

GRANT COMPETITION AND AWARDS

HERA awards grants to women-led ventures in Eastern European countries enabling them to grow their business, become economically independent and hire more young women to multiply the effect.
